Upon successful payment:

  • You will receive immediate access to the purchased digital product(s).

  • No physical goods will be shipped.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have the technical ability to access and use digital files.

Because access is delivered instantly, all sales are considered final except as outlined in our Satisfaction Guarantee below.

2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel confident when purchasing our digital products.

If the product is not what you expected or does not feel aligned for you, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund:

  • Submit your request through our website contact form within 14 days of purchase.

  • Include your order details so we can locate your purchase.

Because our products are delivered digitally with immediate access, refunds are offered in good faith. We reserve the right to deny refund requests only in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated refund requests or evidence of content misuse or redistribution.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
